Online Breath Therapy
Join Katherine every Wednesday at 12:00 noon (UK time).
A free, fully inclusive, 20-minute livestream breathing session. If you can breathe, you can participate. This session is open to everyone, from previous retreat participants to total beginners and long-term practitioners of other breathwork systems.

What is 'Breath Therapy'?
We use a dynamic meditation technique that involves breathing 'in for two', and 'out for two' in a conscious, controlled framework to oxygenate the blood, and detoxify the body of excess carbon dioxide. This is followed by a 'breath hold out' to access deeper levels of relaxation, release emotional blockages, and promote overall well-being, and then a deep inhale 'recovery breath' to flood dormant brain cells with fresh oxygen. We breathe into all three parts of the lungs (bottom, middle, top) to increase lung capacity and respiratory healthy. It's a simple yet profound tool rooted in ancient spiritual science. With regular practice it enhances physical, mental, and emotional states and loosens up our psychology, bringing true feelings of joy and fulfilment.

There's no better way to develop a background hum of wellbeing, than by building a consistent regular breathwork practice. You can use these videos to get some extra practice in during the week, or you if can't make the live session on Wednesday.
You can take 'breathwork snacks' of a round or two, a couple of times a week, and gradually build up to a daily practice of three rounds of double breathing. You will soon notice an uptick in feeling great.
