Katherine Howlett, Retreat host
Katherine is a spiritual practitioner and qualified yoga teacher and breath coach. With over 25 years' experience of yoga and holistic therapies, Katherine founded Bluestone Retreats to facilitate knowledge sharing and her desire to support others in their wellbeing and spiritual growth. Bluestone Retreats offers a holistic retreat approach through six foundational pillars: breathwork, yoga asanas, mindset training, heat therapy, cold water training and community connection..

Katherine's effervescent energy and passion is infectious and her light-hearted curiosity for the practice makes it accessible and fun for both beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. She encourages her students to explore and progress with confidence.
